Once your request is submitted, we will check availability and contact you to collect a deposit (service fee) and confirm your accommodation details. Two weeks before your arrival, we will reach out for your shopping list, which can be revised up to 48 hours before arrival. Delivery arrangements will be coordinated, and after your order has been delivered and viewed, we will send a final invoice and charge the card on file.

We deliver on your requested date and coordinate with you or your rental management company to ensure access before your arrival. Our goal is to have everything set up and ready for the start of your vacation.

Absolutely! Our team carefully selects each item to ensure quality and satisfaction. If we have any questions, we will reach out in advance to make sure we meet your expectations.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before delivery: Full deposit refund
  • Cancellations made 48–72 hours before delivery: 50% deposit refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery: Deposit is non-refundable

We recommend submitting your request as early as possible, ideally at least two weeks before arrival. If your request is within two weeks, we will do our best to accommodate you.

A deposit (equal to the service fee) is required upon confirming your request. Once your order is delivered and you have had a chance to view it, we will send a final invoice and charge the remaining balance to the card on file.

We strive for accuracy in every order. If an item is missing or incorrect, we will promptly issue a refund for the affected item.
