Yes! We're happy to purchase beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages as part of your order. A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID is required before we can purchase alcohol on your behalf.
Yes! Whenever possible, we source your requested items from multiple grocery and specialty stores to help find the products you're looking for. Our goal is to provide the best selection and make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.
In addition to groceries and beverages, we're happy to source flowers, specialty cakes, charcuterie boards, baby essentials, camping supplies, bear spray, local products, gifts, decorations, and more. If there's something you need for your trip, just ask - we'll do our best to find it.

No, there is no minimum spend. Our concierge fee covers the personalized shopping, delivery, coordination, and full setup of your order, regardless of its size.

We recommend booking at least two weeks before your arrival to ensure the best availability. However, one week's notice is more than enough for most orders. If you're booking with less notice, we'd still love to hear from you and will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Yes, whenever possible! While we recommend booking in advance, we're happy to accommodate same-day and last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows. Feel free to reach out - we'll always do our best to help.
To confirm your booking, we'll send an invoice for the required concierge fee or deposit once your delivery date has been confirmed.
After your order has been delivered, we'll send your final invoice for the groceries and other items purchased, plus the sourcing and handling fee. This gives you the opportunity to arrive, enjoy your fully stocked stay, and ensures you're happy with everything before your order is finalized.
We take pride in carefully preparing every order. If an item is missing or incorrect, simply let us know as soon as possible. We'll review the issue and promptly refund the cost of the affected item.
Our Banff concierge fee is $250. This includes shopping in Calgary for the best selection, sourcing your requested items, delivery to Banff, coordination, and unpacking and organizing your order before your arrival.

Yes! We regularly accommodate deliveries to surrounding areas, including Kananaskis, Lake Louise, Cochrane and other nearby destinations. Service availability and concierge fees may vary depending on the location. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your destination, simply get in touch - we'll be happy to let you know.
Yes! If you prefer not to have your order delivered to your accommodation, we also offer a convenient Calgary pickup option. We'll have your groceries, beverages, and vacation essentials packed and ready before you leave the city, allowing you to head straight to the mountains without making shopping stops.
Yes! We can deliver to RV rental locations and will coordinate a convenient pickup time with you. Since RV rental companies aren't able to accept responsibility for guest deliveries, we'll meet you at the location and hand your order directly to you before you begin your journey.
Absolutely! If you're heading to the mountains or another destination, we can arrange to meet you at a convenient location in Calgary before you leave. Your groceries, beverages, and RV essentials will be packed and ready to go, allowing you to start your trip without making extra shopping stops.

We'll shop for your requested groceries, beverages, and travel essentials, have everything packed and organized, and ready for pickup before you begin your journey. In addition to groceries, we're happy to source items such as RV toilet paper, firewood, roasting sticks, bear spray, garbage bags, camping supplies and other special requests.
Unfortunately, no. Due to the logistics of RV rental companies and the potential for pickup times to change, we're unable to stock RVs before guests arrive.
Instead, we're happy to meet you at the RV rental location or at a convenient location in Calgary before you begin your journey, with your order packed and ready to go.
